Possible Causes

No AC power to charging station, Dirty or corroded charging contacts, Misalignment on charging base, Faulty charging station power board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect the charging station from mains power before cleaning or inspection.

  • Verify mains power: Check that the wall outlet has power and that any extension cord or power strip is functioning. Confirm the charging station's power LED (if present) is lit.
  • Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on both the mower and the station with a dry cloth. For stubborn oxidation, use a pencil eraser gently. Do not use water or abrasive tools.
  • Check alignment: Place the mower manually onto the station, ensuring the front or rear (depending on model) is fully engaged and the contacts touch firmly.
  • Inspect station cable: Follow the low‑voltage cable from the power supply to the station. Look for cuts, pinches, or chew marks (rodents). Replace damaged Charging Station Cable.
  • Test with another outlet: Try a different mains outlet to rule out supply issues. If E11 persists and the station LED is off, the Charging Station Power Board may be defective and require replacement.
