How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF main power and secure the mower before lifting.
- Inspect right wheel: Remove any grass, rope, or debris around the right wheel and axle.
- Check wheel rotation: Lift the right side and rotate the wheel by hand. Binding or grinding suggests gearbox damage.
- Verify wiring: With the cover removed, follow the right motor cable to the Main Control Board and ensure the connector is secure.
- Functional test: Power ON with the mower supported and start a test run. If the right wheel does not respond or stutters, the Right Drive Motor Assembly is likely defective and should be replaced.
- If both wheels show issues: The motor driver stage on the main board may be faulty; seek professional repair.
