Possible Causes
Blade motor overheating, Drive motor overheating, Shorted wiring harness, Failing main control board component
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Immediately turn OFF main power and disconnect from the charging station. Do not continue to operate the mower until the cause is identified.
- Visual inspection: Open the housing and look for melted plastic, discolored connectors, or burnt areas on the Main Control Board and around motors.
- Check for obstructions: Ensure the blade disc and wheels are not jammed, which can cause motors to overheat.
- Smell localization: Carefully smell near the blade motor, drive motors, and main board (with power OFF) to identify the source.
- Replace damaged parts: Replace any burnt Wiring Harness, Blade Motor Assembly, or Drive Motor Assembly. If the main board is burnt, it must be replaced.
- Do not bypass fuses: Never bypass safety fuses or thermal protection devices.
