How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF main power and remove the battery before inspecting internal wiring.
- Check battery plug: Ensure the battery connector is fully engaged and locked. Look for signs of arcing or discoloration.
- Inspect main switch: Operate the main power switch several times. If it feels loose or inconsistent, the Main Power Switch Assembly may need replacement.
- Secure wiring: Gently tug on wiring harnesses leading to the main board, battery, and motors. Re‑seat any loose connectors.
- Vibration test: With the mower running (and safely supported with blades disabled if possible), gently tap the housing near the main board. If it cuts out, there is likely a loose connection or cracked solder joint requiring professional repair.
