Missing or uneven blades, Bent blade disc, Packed grass on disc, Damaged wheel or tire
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF main power and wear gloves before handling blades.
- Check blades: Ensure all blade positions on the disc are populated with identical blades and screws. Replace the entire set of Kress Replacement Blades if any are missing or mismatched.
- Clean disc: Remove built‑up grass from the blade disc and underside of the deck to restore balance.
- Inspect disc for bending: Sight along the edge of the disc; if it wobbles or is visibly bent, replace the Blade Disc or complete motor assembly.
- Check wheels: Inspect drive wheels and front casters for flat spots, missing rubber, or cracks. Replace damaged Drive Wheels or Front Caster Assembly.
