How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF main power before opening the top cover or display module.
- Dry the area: If the mower was recently exposed to rain or washing, allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Inspect keypad: Check for cracks or damage to the keypad membrane. Replace the Keypad / Display Assembly if torn.
- Check ribbon cable: Ensure the display/keypad ribbon cable is firmly connected to the Main Control Board.
- Test via app: If your model supports app control, verify that commands from the app work. If they do, the issue is likely limited to the keypad hardware.
