Robot mower's front cover or service hatch will not close properly, leaving gaps.

Safety first: Turn OFF main power before manipulating covers.

• Remove debris: Clean grass and dirt from latch areas and hinges.
• Inspect latches: Check for broken plastic hooks or bent metal clips. Replace the Top Cover Latch Kit if damaged.
• Re‑seat cover: Align the cover carefully with the hinges and press evenly until all latches engage.
• Check for warping: If the cover is visibly warped, replace the Upper Housing / Top Cover to maintain water resistance.
