Possible Causes
Non‑original or incompatible battery pack, Damaged battery data cable, Faulty battery management electronics, Main board firmware not recognizing battery
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the charger and switch OFF the mower before handling the battery.
- Use original battery: Ensure you are using a genuine LandXcape battery pack designed for your model. Third‑party packs may not communicate correctly.
- Inspect connectors: Check both the power and data connectors between the battery and mower harness. Look for bent pins, corrosion, or loose plugs.
- Reseat battery: Remove the battery pack, wait 30 seconds, and reinstall it firmly. Make sure it locks into place.
- Firmware update: If your model supports firmware updates via app or service tool, ensure it is running the latest version, as some updates improve battery compatibility.
- Component replacement: If E14 persists with an original battery and good connections, either the battery's internal BMS board or the mower's main PCB is faulty. Replace the battery pack first; if the issue remains, the main board may need replacement by a technician.
