Robot mower shows E2 and will not leave the charging station.

Safety first: Disconnect the charging station power supply from the mains before touching any contacts.

• Verify outlet and adapter: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm power. Check the LandXcape power adapter LED (if present). If the LED is off or blinking abnormally, the adapter may be faulty.
• Inspect base contacts: Clean the charging contacts on the base and on the front of the mower with a dry cloth. Remove grass, dirt, and corrosion. Do not use water or aggressive cleaners.
• Check cable integrity: Follow the low‑voltage cable from the power adapter to the charging station. Look for cuts, crushed sections, or rodent damage. Replace the cable or adapter if damaged.
• Test charging voltage: With the adapter plugged in, use a multimeter to measure DC voltage at the base contacts (no mower docked). Compare to the rated output on the adapter label. If there is no voltage, replace the LandXcape charging station power supply.
• Check mower side: If the base has correct voltage but E2 persists, the mower's internal charging circuit or main board may be faulty. Inspect the charging pin wiring harness inside the mower for loose or broken wires.
• Do not bypass safety: Never short the charging contacts or connect the battery directly to the adapter. If unsure, seek professional service.
