Possible Causes

Main power switch OFF, Battery pack disconnected or dead, Blown internal fuse on main board, Faulty charging station not charging battery

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the mower from the lawn and place it on a bench before opening any covers.

  • Check main switch: Locate the LandXcape main power switch and ensure it is in the ON position. Toggle it OFF and back ON.
  • Verify battery connection: Open the battery compartment and confirm the battery pack is properly seated and its connector is fully engaged.
  • Test charging: Place the mower on the charging station and check for charging indicators (LED on base or mower). If there is no sign of charging, test the adapter and base as described in charging‑related errors.
  • Inspect internal fuse: With the battery removed, open the housing and look for an inline fuse or PCB fuse near the battery input. If blown, identify and correct the cause of overload before replacing with the same rating.
  • Battery test: Measure battery voltage with a multimeter. If it is near zero or far below nominal, replace the LandXcape battery pack.
  • When to seek service: If the fuse is intact and the battery is good but the mower remains dead, the main control board is likely faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
