Possible Causes
Dull or chipped LandXcape blades, Blades installed incorrectly, Cutting height set too high, Blade disc not level
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the lawn before handling blades. Wear gloves.
- Inspect blades: Check each blade for dull edges, chips, or bends. Replace all blades as a set using genuine LandXcape blades and screws.
- Correct installation: Ensure blades can pivot freely and are mounted with the sharp edge facing the correct direction as per the manual.
- Adjust height: Lower the cutting height gradually over several days until the desired finish is achieved.
- Check disc level: Verify that the cutting disc is not warped and sits level. Replace the disc if bent.
