Robot mower starts but stops after a few minutes with no error code, then restarts and repeats.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before checking internal connections.

• Check battery plug: Open the battery compartment and ensure the connector is tight. Gently wiggle the cable while the mower is running (with blades disabled if possible) to see if it causes shutdown.
• Inspect for heat: After the mower stops, feel the area around the main board and battery (carefully). Excessive heat may indicate blocked ventilation or failing components.
• Clean contacts: Clean the charging contacts on the mower and base to ensure full charging. Poor charging can cause the mower to run briefly then stop.
• Battery test: Fully charge the battery, then measure its voltage under load if possible. If the voltage collapses quickly, replace the LandXcape battery pack.
• Board inspection: Look for discolored or burnt components on the main PCB. If present, the board should be replaced.
