How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before opening the control panel.

Drying: If the mower was recently exposed to rain, allow it to dry indoors. Moisture under the keypad can cause temporary failure.
Check cable: Remove the top cover and inspect the ribbon cable between the control panel and main board. Reseat both ends.
Visual inspection: Look for corrosion or green deposits on the keypad PCB. If present, the panel should be replaced.
Panel replacement: Install a new genuine LandXcape top control panel assembly if buttons remain unresponsive.
Use app (if available): If your model supports app control, you may temporarily operate the mower via the app until the panel is replaced.
