Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: While this is a low-voltage communication issue, always turn OFF the mower before opening the housing.
- Restart devices: Power cycle the mower and close/reopen the LawnMaster app. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Check distance: Move your phone closer to the mower or charging station, within the specified range.
- Inspect antenna: Open the mower's top cover and locate the communication module and antenna lead. Ensure the antenna connector is firmly attached and the antenna is not damaged.
- Update firmware: If possible, connect via USB or another method recommended by LawnMaster to update the mower's firmware.
If E14 persists and no connection can be made, the communication module on the main control board or a separate comms board may be defective and require replacement.
