Robot mower does not detect obstacles and collides hard with trees, walls, or furniture.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before inspecting sensors.

• Test bumper: Manually press the bumper and listen for clicks from microswitches. If no click is heard, the switches may be damaged.
• Clean and free movement: Remove debris around the bumper so it can move freely.
• Check settings: In the LawnMaster menu or app, ensure obstacle detection features (e.g., ultrasonic) are enabled.
• Inspect wiring: Verify that all obstacle sensor connectors are firmly attached to the main control board.

Replace the bumper sensor assembly or ultrasonic sensor module if they fail functional tests. Continued operation without obstacle detection can damage the mower and property.
