Possible Causes
Obstructed path to charging station, Misaligned charging base, Weak boundary or guide signal near dock, Worn drive wheels causing slippage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before moving it manually.
- Clear path: Remove obstacles, toys, or garden items from the route between the main mowing area and the charging station.
- Level and align base: Ensure the charging station is on a flat, firm surface and aligned straight with the approach path.
- Check boundary/guide wire: Verify the wire near the dock is intact and correctly positioned as per LawnMaster instructions.
- Inspect wheels: Replace worn drive wheels that may slip when climbing onto the dock.
Observe a full docking cycle. If the mower still fails to home correctly, the navigation parameters or sensors may need calibration by a service center.
