Possible Causes
Unbalanced blade disc, Missing or mismatched blades, Bent blade carrier, Debris stuck on one side of disc
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower, disconnect the battery, and wait for blades to stop before turning it over.
- Inspect blades: Ensure all LawnMaster blades are present, of the same type, and evenly distributed around the disc.
- Clean disc: Remove caked grass or mud from the blade disc that could cause imbalance.
- Check disc for warp: Spin the disc by hand and observe for wobble. Replace the disc if bent.
- Replace as a set: Always replace blades in complete sets to maintain balance.
Persistent vibration after balancing may indicate a bent motor shaft, requiring replacement of the blade motor assembly.
