Robot mower's front caster or support wheel does not swivel freely, causing poor turning and scuffing.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before lifting the front end.

• Lift and spin: Raise the front of the mower and spin the caster wheel. It should rotate and swivel freely.
• Clean pivot: Remove the caster assembly and clear grass, mud, and debris from the pivot and axle.
• Lubricate: Apply a light, weather-resistant lubricant to the pivot and bearing surfaces.
• Inspect for damage: Replace the caster wheel assembly if the fork is bent or the bearing is badly worn.

A free-moving caster improves maneuverability and reduces stress on drive motors and turf.
