Possible Causes
Loose battery connector, Loose main PCB connector, Cracked solder joint on power input, Damaged main switch contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery if allowed.
- Inspect battery plug: Ensure the battery connector is tight and cannot move easily.
- Check internal connectors: Open the housing and gently press on all multi-pin connectors to reseat them.
- Wiggle test: With the mower ON (blades disabled), gently flex the housing to see if power cuts out, helping locate the loose connection.
- Main switch: Operate the main switch several times; if it feels loose or inconsistent, it may need replacement.
Because intermittent power faults can be hard to trace and may damage electronics, consider professional diagnosis if the issue persists.
