Robot mower does not follow programmed schedule; it stays in the dock even though schedule is active

Possible Causes
Incorrect date/time settings, Schedule disabled or overwritten, Security PIN lock active, Firmware glitch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No special safety concerns; work through the menu with mower stationary.
- Verify clock: Check and correct the current date and time in the settings.
- Review schedule: Ensure mowing days and time windows are enabled and not overlapping with prohibited times (e.g., rain sensor lockout).
- Check PIN lock: Confirm the mower is unlocked and not waiting for PIN entry.
- Manual test: Start a manual mow to confirm the mower can operate normally.
- Factory reset: If issues persist, perform a factory reset and reprogram schedules.
If the mower still ignores schedules, the internal clock or firmware on the main PCB may be faulty and require service.
