Robot mower gets stuck frequently on small bumps, roots, or lawn edges and requests assistance

Safety: Turn OFF the mower before lifting or moving it.

• Inspect wheels: Check drive wheels for worn tread. Replace Makita wheels if lugs are rounded and slipping.
• Adjust cutting height: Raise the cutting height setting to increase ground clearance.
• Check front wheel: If your model has a front caster or support wheel, ensure it spins freely and is not jammed with grass.
• Level problem areas: Fill holes, smooth sharp edges, or add boundary wire to exclude troublesome spots.

Persistent traction issues on a reasonably flat lawn may indicate weak drive motors or gearbox wear requiring service.
