Possible Causes

Emergency stop button engaged, Main power switch off or intermittent, Damaged low‑voltage harness from battery to mainboard, Faulty mainboard power input circuit

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the mower from the working area, flip the main power switch OFF, and remove the battery connector if accessible per the user manual before opening any covers.

  • Check emergency stop: Verify the red emergency stop button (if equipped) on the Mammotion mower is fully released. Press it down and twist or pull as specified in the manual to reset.
  • Main power switch: Confirm the main power switch on the mower chassis is in the ON position. Cycle it OFF and back ON.
  • Battery connection: Open the battery compartment (usually under the top cover). Inspect the Mammotion lithium battery pack connector for looseness, corrosion, or damage. Reseat the connector firmly.
  • Harness inspection: Trace the low‑voltage cable from the battery to the main control board. Look for pinched, cut, or burned insulation. If damaged, do not operate the mower; replace the harness.
  • Reboot: With all covers closed, turn the main power switch ON and reboot the mower. If E001 persists, the mainboard power input circuit may be faulty and should be tested or replaced by a qualified technician.
