Possible Causes
Grass or rope wrapped around blade disc, Dull or bent blades causing overload, Faulty blade motor, Defective blade motor driver on mainboard
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn the main power OFF and remove the battery connector. Wait for all moving parts to stop before touching the blade area. Wear cut-resistant gloves.
- Inspect blade disc: Turn the mower on its side. Remove any grass, twine, or debris wrapped around the blade disc and motor shaft.
- Check blades: Examine each Mammotion blade for bending, chips, or severe dullness. Replace damaged blades with the correct Mammotion replacement kit, tightening screws securely.
- Spin test: Manually rotate the blade disc. It should spin freely without grinding or tight spots. If stiff, the blade motor bearings may be failing.
- Restart test: Reassemble, power ON, and start a short mow. If E006 reappears quickly on normal grass height, the blade motor or its driver circuit may be defective and require professional replacement.
