Possible Causes
Grass or debris jammed in drive wheels, Damaged wheel gearbox, Faulty drive motor, Overloaded due to deep ruts or obstacles
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery connector before working near the wheels.
- Clear obstructions: Inspect both rear drive wheels and front casters. Remove packed grass, stones, or branches lodged in the wheel treads or between wheel and chassis.
- Check wheel rotation: Manually rotate each drive wheel. They should turn smoothly with some gearbox resistance but no binding or grinding.
- Inspect gearbox housing: Look for cracks or oil leakage from the Mammotion drive motor/gearbox assembly.
- Terrain check: Reduce mowing height and avoid very tall or wet grass that can overload the drive system. Remove large obstacles from the mowing area.
- If E007 persists on level, clear ground, the affected drive motor/gearbox assembly may need replacement.
