Possible Causes
Misaligned docking position, Dirty or corroded charging contacts, Faulty communication link between mower and station, Defective charging station control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the charging station from mains power before cleaning contacts.
- Align mower: Manually guide the mower onto the station so that the front or rear (depending on model) is fully seated and the contacts touch firmly.
- Clean contacts: Wipe the metal charging pads on both mower and station with a dry cloth. For light corrosion, use a fine abrasive pad gently, then wipe clean.
- Check station power: Confirm the station's power LED is on and stable. Try a different wall outlet if necessary.
- Inspect station cable: Check the low-voltage cable from the power adapter to the station for cuts or kinks.
- Reboot both: Unplug the station for 1 minute, then reconnect. Turn the mower OFF and ON again, then attempt docking.
- If E010 persists with good physical contact and power, the station control board or mower docking communication module may be faulty and require replacement.
