Robot mower frequently gets stuck on small obstacles, roots, or uneven ground

Safety: Turn OFF the mower before freeing it from obstacles.

• Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height setting to reduce the chance of the chassis bottoming out.
• Check front casters: Ensure front wheels rotate and swivel freely. Remove grass and debris from axles.
• Inspect drive wheels: Replace drive wheels if treads are worn smooth.
• Modify lawn: Fill deep ruts and remove or level protruding roots and stones in the mowing area.
