Possible Causes

Mowing wet grass, Cutting height set too low, Dull blades tearing instead of cutting, Underside not cleaned regularly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF power, disconnect the battery, and wear gloves before cleaning the deck.

  • Clean underside: Use a plastic scraper or brush to remove packed grass from the deck and blade disc. Do not use metal tools that may damage plastic.
  • Adjust schedule: Mow when grass is dry to reduce clumping.
  • Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height to reduce the volume of clippings per pass.
  • Replace blades: Install new Mammotion blades to ensure clean cutting and better dispersal.
