Possible Causes
Incorrect cutting height setting, Worn or mismatched blades, Bent blade disc, Worn wheel bearings causing chassis tilt
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power, disconnect the battery, and wear gloves before touching blades.
- Adjust height: Set the cutting height in the Mammotion app or on the mower to a higher level, then gradually lower over several days.
- Inspect blades: Remove and inspect all blades. Replace any that are bent, chipped, or of different types/lengths. Always use a full matching set of Mammotion blades.
- Check blade disc: Spin the blade disc and observe from the side. If it wobbles, the disc may be bent and should be replaced.
- Wheel play: Wiggle the wheels side-to-side. Excessive play may indicate worn bearings or axles, which can tilt the mower and cause uneven cutting.
