Possible Causes
Damaged top cover gasket, Cracked housing, Missing or loose screws around seals, High-pressure washing against seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Immediately turn OFF the mower, disconnect the battery, and do not charge until fully dry and inspected.
- Drying: Move the mower indoors to a dry, ventilated area. Open accessible covers and allow moisture to evaporate for at least 24–48 hours.
- Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the top cover, display, and connectors. Replace any that are cracked or flattened.
- Housing check: Look for visible cracks in the plastic housing and repair or replace affected panels.
- Avoid pressure washing: Clean the mower only with a damp cloth and low-pressure water as recommended by Mammotion.
- If corrosion or damage is visible on the mainboard or connectors, those components may need replacement.
