Possible Causes
Completely discharged battery, Faulty main power switch, Loose internal battery connector, Blown internal fuse on mainboard
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the mower from the charging station before opening covers.
- Charge attempt: Place the mower on the charging station and leave it for at least 1–2 hours. Look for any charging indicators.
- Power switch: Verify the main power switch is in the ON position. Cycle it OFF and ON several times.
- Battery connector: Open the battery compartment and ensure the battery plug is fully seated.
- Fuse check (if accessible): Some Mammotion models include an internal fuse near the mainboard. Inspect and replace only with the same rating if blown.
- If the mower remains completely dead, the battery pack or mainboard may be faulty and should be tested and replaced as needed.
