Possible Causes

Moisture under keypad, Damaged keypad membrane, Loose display cable, Faulty display/control board

Safety: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before opening the display housing.

Drying: If the mower was recently exposed to rain or washing, allow it to dry indoors for 24 hours.
Cable reseat: Open the display housing and reseat the ribbon cable between the display and mainboard.
Inspect keypad: Look for cracks or delamination of the keypad membrane. Replace if damaged.
If the panel remains unresponsive, the display/control board may need replacement.
