Robot mower's front wheels do not swivel freely, causing poor turning and scuffing the lawn

Safety: Turn OFF and disconnect the battery before lifting the mower.

• Clean casters: Remove the front caster wheels if possible. Clean out grass, mud, and debris from the pivot and axle.
• Inspect bearings: Check for rust or roughness when spinning the caster. Replace the caster assembly if seized.
• Lubricate: Apply a light, outdoor-safe lubricant to the pivot (avoid overspray on tires).
• Reinstall and verify that casters swivel freely in all directions.
