Possible Causes

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch and remove the mower from the charging station.
- Check battery type: Confirm that the installed battery is the correct McCulloch-specified pack for your model (voltage and capacity must match).
- Inspect battery connection: Open the battery compartment and verify the connector is fully inserted and latched. Look for bent pins or corrosion.
- Reset power: Disconnect the battery for 1–2 minutes, then reconnect. Turn the main switch ON and place the mower on the station to wake the system.
- Charge fully: Allow the mower to remain on the station until it indicates a full charge, then attempt to start a mowing cycle.
- If E10 persists: The internal battery management electronics or main PCB may be faulty. Do not bypass safety circuits; have the battery pack and mower tested by an authorized service center.
