Possible Causes
Blocked ventilation, Mowing in very high ambient temperature, Faulty temperature sensor on PCB, Overloaded motors generating excess heat
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch and allow the mower to cool down in a shaded, ventilated area.
- Check ambient conditions: Avoid operating the mower in direct sun at very high temperatures. Schedule mowing for cooler parts of the day.
- Inspect ventilation: Ensure all cooling slots and vents in the mower housing are free of grass and dust.
- Check for motor overload: Very tall or wet grass can overload the cutting and drive motors. Raise the cutting height and reduce mowing time until conditions improve.
- Restart after cooling: Once the mower is cool to the touch, turn the main switch ON and resume operation.
- If E19 appears quickly in normal conditions: The internal temperature sensor or PCB may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
