How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is in a secure location.
- Verify PIN: Carefully enter the correct PIN code as supplied with the mower. Check that the keypad buttons are responding correctly.
- Wait lockout period: If too many incorrect attempts were made, wait the specified lockout time (see manual) before trying again.
- Check keypad: If certain digits do not register, clean the keypad and test again. A faulty keypad can cause repeated wrong entries.
- Contact support: If the correct PIN is not accepted, contact McCulloch support with proof of ownership. They may provide a master reset procedure or require PCB replacement.
