Possible Causes
Charging station not level, Guide wire incorrectly installed, Bent charging contacts on mower or station, Obstruction at station entrance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower's main switch before adjusting the station.
- Check station placement: Ensure the charging station is on a flat, level surface with the recommended clearance in front and to the sides.
- Inspect entrance path: Remove any obstacles (stones, edging, roots) that could deflect the mower as it docks.
- Check charging contacts: Inspect the metal contacts on both the mower and station. Clean them with a dry cloth and gently straighten if bent.
- Verify guide wire routing: The guide wire should be centered under the station and straight for at least 2–3 m in front. Correct any sharp bends or kinks.
- Test docking: Manually place the mower about 2 m in front of the station and start a return-to-base command. Observe its approach and adjust the station position if it consistently misses or climbs the base.
