Possible Causes
Worn wheel treads, Lawn too soft or muddy, Excessive slope beyond specification, Heavy accumulation of grass on wheels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch before freeing a stuck mower.
- Inspect wheel treads: Check for worn or smooth tires. Replace wheels if the tread is significantly worn.
- Clean wheels: Remove mud and grass from the wheel treads and around the axles.
- Assess terrain: Avoid using the mower on slopes steeper than the model's rated maximum. Re-route the boundary wire to exclude problematic areas.
- Improve ground conditions: Fill holes and level ruts where the mower frequently gets stuck.
