How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch and wear gloves. Never clean with the mower powered.

  • Clean underside regularly: Use a plastic scraper or brush to remove packed grass from the deck and around the blade disc.
  • Avoid wet mowing: Do not operate the mower immediately after rain or watering when grass is wet.
  • Adjust cutting height: Raise the cutting height to reduce clogging, especially in dense lawns.
