Possible Causes
Obstructed sky view (trees, buildings), Loose GPS antenna connector, Faulty GPS receiver module, Damaged GPS antenna cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before opening any covers. GPS circuits are low‑voltage but sensitive.
- Move mower to open area: Place the mower in a wide, open space away from tall trees and buildings. Power ON and wait several minutes for satellite lock.
- Check antenna placement: Ensure no metal objects or accessories are placed over the GPS antenna area on the mower top.
- Inspect connections: Remove the top cover and locate the GPS module and antenna cable. Reseat the antenna connector and the GPS module connector on the main board.
- Check for damage: Look for kinks or cuts in the thin GPS antenna cable. Replace if damaged.
- Module replacement: If E15 persists in open sky with good connections, replace the NAC GPS module according to service instructions.
Warning: Do not bend the GPS antenna cable sharply; it can break internally.
