NAC
Ground Clearance / Traction Issue
Robot lawnmower frequently gets stuck on small bumps, roots, or transitions between lawn and paths.

Possible Causes
Cutting height set too low causing chassis to drag, Worn drive wheel treads, Boundary wire too close to obstacles, Low drive motor torque due to wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting settings or moving it manually.
- Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height to provide more ground clearance for the NAC mower chassis.
- Inspect wheel treads: Check the rubber on the drive wheels. If it is smooth or cracked, replace the wheels to restore traction.
- Adjust boundary wire: Move the boundary wire slightly away from curbs, roots, or steep transitions so the mower does not attempt to climb them.
- Check drive performance: If the mower struggles on gentle slopes, test the drive motors and replace any weak NAC drive modules.
Warning: Do not modify the chassis or remove safety covers to gain clearance; this can expose moving parts.
