Possible Causes

Worn blade motor bearings, Loose blade disc, Damaged drive wheel bearings, Foreign object trapped in cutting deck

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch OFF the mower, remove the battery, and wear gloves before inspecting the underside.

  • Inspect cutting disc: Check that the NAC blade disc is firmly attached to the motor shaft. Tighten the central bolt to the specified torque.
  • Check for debris: Remove stones, branches, or hard objects from the cutting chamber and around the wheels.
  • Spin components by hand: Rotate the blade disc and each wheel. Listen for grinding or roughness that indicates worn bearings.
  • Replace worn parts: If the blade motor or wheel bearings are noisy when turned by hand, replace the corresponding NAC motor or wheel module.

Warning: Do not operate the mower if mechanical noise suddenly increases; internal failure could lead to part breakage.
