NAC
Poor Cut Quality
Robot lawnmower leaves clumps of grass and the cut looks ragged, especially in damp conditions.

Possible Causes
Dull or chipped blades, Cutting height set too low, Wet or overgrown grass, Slow blade speed due to weak motor or low voltage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery. Wear gloves when handling blades.
- Inspect blades: Remove each NAC blade and check for nicks, bends, or dull edges. Replace all blades as a set if any are damaged.
- Adjust cutting height: Raise the cutting height one or two steps and test again. Very low settings on uneven lawns cause scalping and clumping.
- Mow in dry conditions: Schedule mowing for dry periods. Wet grass sticks under the deck and clumps more easily.
- Check battery and motor: Ensure the battery is healthy and fully charging. If the blade motor sounds weak or slows under light load, consider replacing the motor or battery pack.
Warning: Only use NAC‑approved blades; incorrect blades can overload the motor and reduce cut quality.
