Possible Causes
Incorrect boundary wire layout, Too few working hours scheduled, Blunt cutting blades, Low battery capacity reducing runtime
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting boundaries or blades.
- Review boundary layout: Compare your NAC boundary installation with the manual. Ensure correct distances from edges, flowerbeds, and obstacles so the mower can reach all areas.
- Increase schedule: Extend daily mowing time in the NAC programming menu so the mower has enough time to cover the entire lawn.
- Replace blades: Dull blades tear rather than cut, leaving uneven patches. Replace all blades with new NAC blades and screws.
- Check battery runtime: If the mower returns to base frequently with low charge, test or replace the battery pack to restore full runtime.
Warning: Do not move boundary wire closer to ponds, pools, or steep drops than recommended; maintain safety distances.
