Possible Causes

Loose battery connector, Faulty main power switch, Cracked solder joint on main board power input, Vibration‑sensitive wiring harness

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery before inspecting internal wiring.

  • Check battery fit: Ensure the NAC battery pack is firmly seated and latched in its compartment.
  • Inspect main switch: Operate the main power switch several times and feel for any looseness. Replace if it feels sloppy or intermittent.
  • Wiggle test (advanced): With the mower powered ON and stationary, gently tap or wiggle the housing near the battery and main board. If the display flickers, locate and secure the loose connection.
  • Reseat connectors: Open the housing and reseat all main power connectors between the battery, switch, and main PCB.

Warning: Do not bypass the main switch. If you cannot locate the intermittent fault, consult a NAC service technician.
