Possible Causes
Worn or inappropriate wheel tread pattern, Lawn too steep for model specification, Wet or muddy surface, Excess weight from accessories
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before moving it manually.
- Check slope: Measure the steepest part of your lawn and compare with the NAC mower's maximum slope rating. Avoid using the mower on slopes beyond its capability.
- Inspect wheel treads: Replace worn drive wheels with new NAC wheels that have sharp tread patterns.
- Adjust mowing schedule: Avoid mowing immediately after rain or watering when the grass is very slippery.
- Reduce load: Remove any non‑standard accessories or added weights that may reduce traction.
Warning: Operating on slopes beyond the rated limit can cause rollovers and damage.
