Possible Causes
Unequal tire wear on drive wheels, One wheel motor weaker than the other, Debris stuck in one wheel, Incorrect wheel installation after service
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery before working on wheels.
- Inspect wheels: Compare the tread depth and condition of both NAC drive wheels. Replace any wheel with significantly more wear.
- Clean axles: Remove grass and debris from around the wheel hubs and axles.
- Check wheel installation: Ensure both wheels are fully seated on their shafts and secured with the correct hardware.
- Test motors: Lift the mower and, with caution, run a drive test. Observe if one wheel spins slower or not at all. Replace the weaker drive motor module if needed.
Warning: Keep hands and tools clear of wheels during powered tests.
