Possible Causes

Boundary wire layout not providing a clear guide path, Charging station not powered, Obstacle blocking approach to base, Docking sensor misalignment

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the charging station before moving it or adjusting the wire.

  • Check base power: Confirm the base LED is on and the power adapter is working.
  • Inspect approach path: Ensure there is a straight, obstacle‑free section of boundary wire leading into the base as specified by Parkside.
  • Reposition base: Move the charging station to a more open area if it is currently in a corner or behind obstacles.
  • Test manual docking: Place the mower in front of the base and start it. If it still fails to dock, inspect the docking sensors as in E14.

Note: Navigation to base is highly dependent on correct installation of the boundary wire and base.
