Possible Causes

Battery pack fully discharged or failed, Main power switch faulty, Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Disconnected battery connector after service or impact

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the mower from the lawn and place it on a bench. Disconnect the charger before opening.

  • Check main switch: Ensure the main ON/OFF switch under the cover is in the ON position and operates with a firm click.
  • Charge battery: Place the mower in the charging station and verify that the base LED indicates charging. Leave it for at least 1–2 hours, then try to power ON.
  • Inspect battery connection: Open the battery compartment and confirm the battery is properly plugged in and latched. Reseat the connector.
  • Measure battery voltage: With a multimeter, check the battery pack voltage. If it is near 0 V or far below nominal, the pack may be permanently damaged.
  • Check internal fuse: If accessible, inspect the PCB fuse (often near the battery input). Replace only with the same rating if blown.

When to call a technician: If the fuse blows again immediately or there is no sign of life with a known good battery, the main PCB likely has a short and should be replaced professionally.
