Possible Causes

Dull or missing blades, Blade disc not level, Incorrect cutting height setting, Boundary wire layout leaving unreachable zones

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower, remove the battery, and wear gloves before handling blades.

  • Inspect blades: Turn the mower over and check that all Parkside blades are present, sharp, and able to pivot freely. Replace any missing or dull blades as a complete set.
  • Check disc level: Ensure the blade disc is not bent and sits parallel to the ground. A warped disc should be replaced.
  • Adjust cutting height: Set the cutting height according to lawn conditions. Too high a setting can leave visible strips on uneven lawns.
  • Review boundary layout: Make sure the boundary wire is not too far from edges or obstacles, which can leave uncut zones. Adjust wire position as per the Parkside manual.

Note: Random navigation patterns will always leave some variation; the mower relies on repeated passes over several days for uniform results.
