Possible Causes
Bent blade disc, Uneven or mismatched blades, Heavy grass buildup on disc, Loose motor mounting screws
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower, remove the battery, and wear gloves.
- Clean disc: Remove caked grass from the blade disc and underside of the deck using a plastic scraper.
- Inspect disc for damage: Check if the disc is warped or bent from impact. Replace if not perfectly flat.
- Replace blades as a set: Always install a full set of identical Parkside blades and screws. Mixing old and new blades can unbalance the disc.
- Check motor mount: Ensure all screws securing the blade motor to the chassis are tight and that any rubber mounts are intact.
Note: Persistent vibration after these steps indicates a damaged disc or motor shaft that should be replaced.
